Component Overview:

A simple, multi-threaded email client.

The client has a simple API, allowing the composition of email messages (including MIME attachments). An independent thread manages an outgoing message queue. This component requires:

• The OpMath Utilities 1.0 (or greater) component.
• The Apache Jakarta Tomcat 4.0 (or greater) library.
• The JavaMail API 1.2 (or greater).
• The JavaBeans Activation Framework (JAF) 1.0.1.
• The Java 2 Standard Edition J2SE 1.3 (or greater).
