Simple DMLDoc Example Application

Web Applications

Outline

This simple web application example makes use of the OpMath Utilities Foundation's common facilities for Java Servlets, including request handling and the DMLDoc Web reporting framework. It does not make use of any back-end processing facilities such as databases or component managers.

This application is an ideal starting point in learning and developing with OpMath tools. It can be deployed on a servlet container such as Jakarta Tomcat, or on a J2EE-compliant application server.

An updated release is available now.

Version

The current version of this application is 1.1.

Dependencies

Open Math Utilities 1.0 (or greater).

Apache Jakarta Tomcat 4.0.3 (or greater), or equivalent application server supporting the Java Servlet 2.3 specification, or an appropriate J2EE-compliant application server.

Java 2 Platform, Standard Edition J2SE 1.4.
