Example Web Applications

Example packages show the best use of the OpMath Utilities Foundation and associated parts, in a variety of ecommerce situations. All example packages are shipped with Java source code, Jakarta Ant build file, and other accessories.

OpMath Utilities Foundation & Optional Components

Components include the OpMath Utilities Foundation, together with a collection of simple, optional extensions to the foundation. Collectively, these components offer an efficient, simple and modular support system for Java Servlet development.

JDBC Database Adapters

Adapters allow applications built over the OpMath Utilities Foundation to be entirely database-independent. A well-written application need not even specify the database type at compile time - the adapter class name can be passed to the application on initialization.

Adapters support the simple database access abstractions defined by the OpMath Utilities Foundation - each adapter package supports access to a specific JDBC remote database or JDBC embedded driver, or some combination of these.
